There will be two hotels at the Disney resort in Shanghai when it opens in 2015, according to the ShanghaiDaily.com.
Each hotel will be seven stories. The first will be close to the south gate of the new Disneyland Park, will overlook an artificial lake and have a ballroom and parking for 300 cars. The second hotel will be on the west side of the resort and have parking for 400 cars.
The Shanghai Disney Resort will be the first Disney resort in mainland China. The Disney characters will blend with Chinese customs and celebrations to create a unique experience for guests in Shanghai, according to Disney.
The park will consist of several themed lands, each with its own distinct attractions, entertainment and experiences. At the heart of the park will be Storybook Castle, what Disney is touting as its most interactive Disney castle yet, complete with entertainment, dining and performance spaces.
An 11-acre green space will welcome guests and feature Chinese seasonal plants and flowers.
