The festival runs from Sept. 28 to Nov. 12 with more than 270 chefs from across the country holding culinary demonstrations and tasting events and special VIP selections.
HGTV stars will appear this year help out with party planning, catering and other food and beverage topics.
And in the spotlight of all of this is the food.
