A video showing how Annie Leibovitz photographed the hitchhiking ghosts

Annie Leibovitz is at it again, teaming up with Disney to produce two more Disney Dream Portraits.

Since 2007, she has worked with 27 celebrities to recreate fairy tale scenes to promote Disney Parks.

This year she added two more photographs. The first with Russell Brand as Captain Hook trying to escape Tick-Tock the hungry crocodile. Click here for that photo.

In the second photo, and my favorite one so far, she took Jack Black, Will Ferrell and Jason Segel, and turned them into the famed Hitchhiking Ghosts - Phineas, Ezra and Gus. 

This scene is not from a fairy tale but from the famed Haunted Mansion attraction. She did a perfect job recreating the scene. I can hear the Ghost Host proclaiming - "If you’re not careful, one of them may follow you home!"
