The Disney Parks Blog recently held a question and answer session with Jerome Bocuse, president and owner of the company that runs the Bistro, the bakery shop and the Les Chefs de France restaurant. Here are the highlights:
Bistro de Paris: For the first time in 25 years, this restaurant will change with a new menu, new dining experience and new costumes for the staff. Nothing more on the new name yet. The less formal atmosphere means no tuxedos. It will be based on his family's two centuries in the food business with a chef from a Michelin 3-Star restaurant in France.
Boulangerie Patisserie: There is a new building under construction which will house the bakery which will now contain about 90 seats so you can finally have a place to sit down. The menu will also expand to include salads and sandwiches. The old bakery will be turned into an ice cream parlor.
