Mr. Potato Head takes on the Marvel Universe

Mr. Potato Head is taking on the Marvel Universe in a new line of toys coming out Summer 2013.

PPW Toys of Mr. Potato Head as a Marvel character

The Mr. Potato Head figures will be wearing the costumes of Wolverine, Iron Man and Thor and unveiled at the New York Toy Fair. PPW Toys is launching this line.

Created in 1952, Mr. Potato Head was the first toy to be featured in a television commercial. In the past 60 years, the character has become an American icon, including finding a resurgence in the "Toy Story" movie series.
